My AI PA

Service agreement

Terms of Service

Effective July 22, 2026

These terms govern the My AI PA website, AI phone-answering service, messaging, appointment coordination, and optional third-party integrations.

1. Agreement and authority

By using the service, creating an account, starting a trial, or authorizing setup, you agree to these terms. If acting for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Service and third-party providers

My AI PA provides AI-assisted phone answering, call intake, summaries, notifications, caller confirmations, and appointment workflows. The service may rely on telephony, messaging, AI, hosting, payment, Google, and Microsoft services. Availability and performance may vary based on those providers, customer configuration, networks, and usage.

3. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate business information and have the rights and permissions needed to route calls, send messages, process caller information, connect calendars, and authorize staff access. You remain responsible for final business decisions and compliance with privacy, recording, consumer-protection, communications, licensing, accessibility, and industry rules.

4. Calendar authorization

Only a calendar owner or properly authorized user may connect an account. By connecting one, you authorize My AI PA to check availability and create, update, or cancel appointment events according to your selected booking mode. You can disconnect at any time. You are responsible for staff authorization and the accuracy of scheduling rules.

5. AI and scheduling limitations

AI responses, summaries, classifications, availability checks, messages, and provider synchronization may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Automatic booking is not a substitute for professional judgment, safety review, emergency dispatch, or human supervision. Important appointments and details should be reviewed.

6. Acceptable use and communications

You may not use the service unlawfully, deceptively, to send prohibited spam, violate privacy, impersonate others, interfere with systems, or collect information without authority. You are responsible for required call-recording notices, message consent, identification, and opt-out handling.

7. Trials, billing, and cancellation

Trials, subscriptions, limits, taxes, usage charges, and cancellation terms are those displayed during signup or in an applicable order. Paid services may renew until cancelled. Fees already incurred may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.

8. Data and confidentiality

You retain ownership of your business content, subject to the limited rights needed for My AI PA and its providers to operate, secure, support, and deliver the service. Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information. Data handling is further described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension, disclaimers, and liability

We may restrict service for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every call or message, perfect AI output, or conflict-free provider synchronization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My AI PA is not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, missed leads, lost data, or interruptions. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law. We may update them by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted.
