What My AI PA accesses
My AI PA identifies the connected account, checks free/busy availability, and creates, updates, or cancels appointment events. It stores encrypted authorization credentials, the connected account email, provider and calendar identifiers, event identifiers, synchronization status, and errors needed to maintain the connection.
My AI PA does not require customers calling the business to connect Google or Microsoft accounts.
Disconnect inside My AI PA
- Sign in to the My AI PA owner dashboard.
- Open Appointments.
- Find Calendar connection.
- Select Disconnect beside the account.
Disconnecting immediately disables My AI PA’s usable stored access and refresh credentials. Existing events already saved in the provider calendar remain under that calendar owner’s control.
Revoke access with the provider
For Google, open your Google Account’s third-party connections page and remove My AI PA. For Microsoft, open your Microsoft Account privacy or app-permissions controls and revoke My AI PA. Provider revocation prevents future access even if the My AI PA dashboard is unavailable.
Request deletion
Email hello@myaipa.com from the address associated with the business account. Include the business name and state that you want the connected-calendar record deleted. Do not email passwords, OAuth secrets, or calendar contents.
We will verify authority, remove the eligible connection record and stored provider credentials, and confirm completion, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, or documented appointment records.
Use scheduling without OAuth
Select Email and text only in the owner dashboard. The owner approves appointment times and recipients receive universal Google, Outlook/Hotmail, Apple Calendar, and `.ics` choices without giving My AI PA access to their personal calendar accounts.
